Our in-house machine shop and extensive tooling inventory often enable us to get a new item into production faster, for an even lower cost.

We have four tube mills capable of creating a wide range of shapes and sizes. All mills are monitored using statistical process controls for exact diameter and length requirements.

Fabrication operations include, but are not limited to, bending with multiple state-of-the-art CNC push benders, punching, swaging, stamping, flattening, deburring, chamfering, dedimpling, reducing and welding.

Our in-house finishing capabilities include state-of-the-art powder coating on two paint lines. We out-source for

plated finishes, and in both cases we maintain exceptional process control to ensure finishes that meet our customers’ quality expectations, time after time.
